brad & kim campbell

Directors of Gather1

Gather1 directors Kim and Brad Campbell have been living as full time missionaries since 2012, though their passion for seeing the nations come to Jesus began much before that. Brad grew up in St. Paul, MN, went to Columbus School of Art and Design in Columbus, Ohio, and lived several years in New York City pursuing his passion in oil painting, sculpture, and other mediums for abstract art. It was here that he gave his life to follow Jesus. Kim grew up in rural, Iowa, and spent much of her life in Omaha, NE. In 1997 she encountered Jesus and her life was radically changed. God brought the two of them together in Charlotte, NC as they both felt led to attend MorningStar school of ministry. They were married in 2005, and soon after moved to Omaha to serve a local church plant as associate and youth pastors. It was during this time the Lord began to draw them out of their comfort zones into foreign lands, specifically Africa. After praying for 4 years to be released, they got the wonderful opportunity to move with the their two teenage daughters to Malakal, South Sudan. In 2013, they survived being caught in the crossfire of war, and since that time, the scope of their work has expanded into multiple nations. Their passion is serving amongst refugee populations and bringing lost sons and daughters into family.

daniel & anna Krishnan

gather1 board members & missionaries

Gather1's treasurer, Daniel Krishnan and secretary, Anna Krishnan are Kim and Brad's (directors of Gather1) daughter and son-in-law. They have two beautiful, spirited daughters, and currently reside in Stoughton, WI. They are making preparations to move to Greece in the summer of 2022, where they will provide oversight to the Gather1 base in Kavala and help develop a welcome center for the refugees. Daniel works in IT and Anna is a part-time photographer/full-time mom. They are eager to use their skills and passions to further the gospel to those coming from the Middle East.

Brad & Evie Cory

Brad and Evie are from Nebraska and have been friends of the Gather1 Directors for many years. They have served on the Gather1 board since it was founded. Brad earned his Ph.D in Construction Engineering from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and owns and operates a roofing company. Evie taught seventh grade English at a public middle school for nine years and now works at home caring for their children. They have received training at ministry schools and served in various roles at churches and para-church organizations.

Sherry Hall is a board member & lives in Nashville TN. She works full time as an Executive Assistant and has been with her company for 33 years. She has been friends with Kim since the early 2000s and has been involved with Gather1 since its founding. Sherry served as the lead intercessor for Gather1 until December 2021. Sherry has been involved with an inner city ministry in serving the low income and homeless, served at a maternity home mentoring single moms, and is serving as an advocate for sexual assault survivors. She has a passion to mentor single moms, loves hiking and being outdoors, and being the hands and feet of Jesus.

cindy hamilton

gather1 board member & Prayer Coordinator

Cindy lives in Lonoke, Arkansas with her husband of 51 years and their two dogs, Max and Wynna. They have three grown children and seven grandchildren. She is a retired elementary/middle school counselor. She contacted Kim (out of the blue) in 2016 as she was doing research on a book that she was writing about a missionary family (Anna’s Chair). Through God’s amazing connection, they became good friends. In 2020, Kim and Brad asked if she would help serve as a co-coordinator on the Intercessory Prayer Team and in 2021 began serving on the Board of Directors. Her loves are Jesus, her family, studying and teaching the Bible, photography, and right now—crocheting.

gabrielle parousis

Gabrielle Geffe Parousis studied at Continental Bible College in Belgium and received a BA in Theology. She is now married to a wonderful Greek man, Lakys. They live in Lydia, a small village just beside the ruins of Philippi, in Northern Greece. Gabrielle has been collaborating with Gather1 since the beginning of 2019, reaching out to the refugees in the camp of Kavala. She studies the bible with them, leads them to discover God’s plan of salvation for their lives, and trains them to become disciple makers. She sees that the harvest is ready, and God is raising up his bride from the Middle East. 

Panom & Elisabeth Pal

South Sudan Intern & Children’s Pastor

Panom is from South Sudan and Elisabeth is from Nebraska. They currently live in Ethiopia with their son. Panom joined the Gather1 family as a son of Kim & Brad Campbell in 2012 and now is a South Sudan Intern. Elisabeth began her journey with Gather1 in 2019 as a missionary and is now serving Gather1 as a Children’s Pastor. Elisabeth has received her credentials in Biblical Studies and Nutrition, and has been through various Ministry/Leadership Schools. They are both serving the Gather1 Children’s Center - Ethiopia and plan to help Gather1 plant a new Children’s Center in South Sudan in the future. They desire to raise up giant killers who are fearless and empowered sons and daughters after Gods own heart.
